On behalf of the FBHQ staff i would like to draw attention to the signature rules on the forum.

We have noticed that a lot of people seem to break this rule, so we would like you all to go check your signature and see if it fits these limits.

We would like to directly adress a few, that we have noticed exceeds the limit.

We are not trying to call you out, or make you seem like bad forum users. Most people probably get too much shit in their signatures every once in a while.. Even Danny's was too big when we discussed this in the mod section.

So yea. If your signature is too big, please resize/change it.

We haven't made a rule against this yet, but we would also like to ask you guys to try and keep the signatures relevant to the forum. Put your logos, quotes and other shit in there, not pictures of your grandmothers funeral or a cat walking around in a robot costume.

Or of naked chicks running around topless -- you know who you are.

But seriously, I hate being on my home computer by my parents and someone has an inappropriate signature and then my parents insist on asking me what I'm looking at and then things get awkward. Despite the fact that I was just reading up on finger boarding stuff.

Plenty who "technically" exceed boundaries, many completely irrelevant. Just sayin~

But this post and OP is posted on behalf of the staff. That means that it could just aswell be Danny, Ryan, Kerry, Harvey, Boffey or Blosom that posted this. The post would say more or less the same thing.


The reason you are first on the list is because you have a massive signature, and you were probably the first one that was noticed when we went looking for signatures that were too big.

We didn't go through every member, but just had a quick look through the forum, which is why the post asks EVERY user on the forum to check their signature.

A signature being irrelevant is not a rule break (yet), so that part is just a request.

No need to try and make it seem personal dude. All we're asking is that you make it smaller not to completely get rid of it. There's people we missed? Point them out

I just thought it was funny that my name was first, didn't take it as an attack.

Just a admin suggestion:
Limit the size height/width to 250px/700px for signature pictures in the forum backend -> ETERNAL WIN!

I was wondering the same thing, it can also be used for avatars.
